我们的隐私政策已于2023年12月28日更新。我们对隐私政策进行了修订，从该日期开始，这一隐私政策能够提供有关我们如何管理您在使用V Band App及所有连接V Band App的设备和服务时透露的个人信息的隐私详情。

我们向您承诺

本隐私政策规定了深圳新蕊科技有限公司及关联公司（下文简称“新蕊”或“我们”）如何收集、使用、披露、处理和保护您在使用我们的产品和服务时提供给我们的信息。若我们要求您提供某些信息，以便在使用新蕊产品和服务时验证您的身份，我们将仅严格遵守本隐私政策和/或我们的用户条款与条件来使用这些信息。

本隐私政策在制定时充分考虑到您的需求；您全面了解我们的个人资料收集和使用惯例而且确信自己最终能控制提供给新蕊的个人信息，这一点至关重要。

在这项隐私政策中，“个人信息”指信息本身或与深圳新蕊科技有限公司能够访问的个人的其他信息联系后能够识别特定个人的数据。此类个人信息包括您的姓名、地址、电话号码和电子邮箱地址。

通过使用深圳新蕊科技有限公司产品和服务，即表示您已阅读、认可并接受本隐私政策中所述之所有条款，包括我们随时作出的任何变更。我们承诺遵照适用法律（包括您所在地的数据保护法律）来保护您的个人信息的隐私、机密和安全。同时我们承诺我们的全体员工和代理商履行这些义务。

收集哪些信息以及如何使用信息？

收集的信息类别

为了向您提供我们的服务，我们会要求您提供向您提供服务所必需的个人信息。如果您不提供个人信息，我们可能无法向您提供我们的产品或服务。

我们收集以下各类信息（无论其是否为个人信息）：

*第三方SDK名称：阿里云一键登录（阿里云号码认证服务。

*收集个人信息目的：用用于一键登录和校验手机号是否为本机号码。

*收集个人数据类型：网络访问，设备标识信息【MAC地址信息、IMEI、IMSI、OAID、Android Id 、CPU ID 序列号】，访问网络、访问网络状态。

*关于您的资料：我们可能会收集和使用手机号/邮箱、头像、昵称、性别、时区、语言、您的运动偏好及地区数据。

*个人身体数据：启动V Band 后，我们需要您提供生日、身高、体重、性别数据。

*设备记录的数据：当您使用V Band 同步相关设备的数据时，我们会记录个人资料，包括活动信息、睡眠、心率、体重、运动时间。

*来电信息：当您使用来电、短信提醒功能时，V Band 会获得来电、短信、通讯录相关的数据。在您的允许下，相关的来电、短信、通讯录等数据用于手环、手表等设备显示，但是V Band 不会存储您相关来电、短信、通讯录相关的数据。

*手机信息：当您使用V Band 时，我们会收集您的设备信息（包括IMEI、设备序列号、OAID、MEID、Android ID、IMSI、GUID、MAC地址、SIM卡序列号）、已安装APP信息或运行中的进程信息、传感器信息、剪切板。

*网络使用数据：我们可能会收集与V Band 特定功能相关的网络类型、网络信号等。

*位置数据：当您使用基于位置的程序服务或功能时，我们可能会收集您的位置数据。

*意见反馈信息：当您提交相关意见反馈时，会根据您的选择，收集相关的用户反馈日志、联系方式等信息。

*设备信息：当您使用V Band 连接某个硬件设备时，包括但不限于该装置的唯一标识符、固件版本、ANDROID ID、大致位置信息和确切位置信息的数据（非个人资料）及相关的功能使用统计情况（非个人资料）将被传送至服务器。上述数据收集亦可能适用于您的更新系统或软件、恢复原厂设定等。

*亲友信息：使用亲友功能时，您可以选择添加其他用户为您的亲友，经您的亲友授权后，您亲友相关的数据（如活动数据、睡眠数据、体重数据等）将被用于向您展示。

*访客信息：当使用访客功能时，第三方可以体验我们的产品及部分服务，第三方的数据（性别、身高、出生年月）将会被收集，用于计算和展示访客所体验的服务的测量结果，但是我们不会对前述数据进行保存。

1. 设备权限调用

*存储权限：当您使用分享、振动计步或登录帐号等功能时，您可以选择开启该权限，以便读取或写入应用使用信息、图片、视频以及步数中间数据。如您不需要此类服务，可以随时关闭该权限，这不会影响其他服务的使用。

*相机权限：当您通过扫描二维码的方式连接设备、拍照控制功能时，我们需要向您申请并获取该权限，以便完成图片拍摄。如您不需要此类服务，可以随时关闭该权限，这不会影响其他服务的使用。

*位置权限：当您使用单次运动生成轨迹图片、蓝牙配对、天气推送或其他与位置相关的搜索等功能时，您可以选择开启该权限，用于确定您的当前位置信息。同时能够更加精准查找耳机位置。如您不需要此类服务，可以随时关闭该权限，这不会影响其他服务的使用。

*蓝牙使用权限：定位权限和蓝牙使用权限均用于低功耗蓝牙耳机电量获取。

*网络权限：网络权限用于应用错误日志收集、应用版本更新检测等。

*访问设备信息状态：实际为校验用户设备信息（系统基本信息、设备名称、设备标识符、IMEI、Mac地址、设备使用信息、IMSI、AndroidID、SIM卡标识等）。

*电话权限：当您与关联设备进行配对或在穿戴设备使用拒接来电、接收来电信息等功能时，您可以选择开启该权限，以便获取电话状态。如果您不同意此权限，将会影响帐号登录导致无法使用运动建康其他功能。

*通话记录权限：当您使用穿戴设备进行未接来电号码推送、控制音量和通话信道时，您可以选择开启该权限，以便在配对设备上显示未接来电号码，并同步手机通话状态。如您不需要此类服务，可以随时关闭该权限，这不会影响其他服务的使用。

*通讯录权限：当您使用穿戴设备备份联系人以便来电提醒时显示联系人姓名，您可以选择开启该权限，如您不需要此类服务，可以随时关闭该权限，这不会影响其他服务的使用。

*短信权限：当您使用穿戴设备接收以及读取短信时，您可以选择开启该权限，如您不需要此类服务，可以随时关闭该权限，这不会影响其他服务的使用。

*第三方SDK名称：高德地图 SDK 我们会收集您的设备信息（包括IMEI、设备序列号、OAID、MEID、Android ID、IMSI、GUID、MAC地址、SIM卡序列号）、已安装APP信息或运行中的进程信息、传感器信息、剪切板。

*收集个人信息目的：为了提供定位服务准确性和成功率，追踪、排查、诊断、统计服务中的各类问题，保障产品和服务安全正常运行；为了提供位置服务准确性和成功率，获取经纬度，通过经纬度确定当地位置，同步当地天气数据到手表。使用GPS跑步功能时，根据经纬度绘制运动轨迹。搜索服务，统计服务中的各类问题，保障产品和服务安全正常运行
收集个人数据类型：设备信息【如IP 地址、GNSS信息、WiFi状态、WiFi参数、WiFi列表、SSID、BSSID、基站信息、信号强度的信息、蓝牙信息、传感器信息（矢量、加速度、压力、方向、地磁）、设备信号强度信息、外部存储目录】位置信息【经纬度、精确位置、粗略位置】设备参数及系统信息【系统属性、设备型号、操作系统、运营商信息】

这些个人信息将会被如何使用

收集个人信息的目的在于向您提供产品和/或服务，并且保证我们遵守适用法律。您特此同意我们出于本隐私政策规定的目的处理个人信息，并向我们的关联公司（其涉及通信、社交媒体、技术和云业务）、第三方服务供应商（定义如下）披露个人信息。

我们可能会将您的个人信息用于下列目的：

设立V Band 账户。在通过V Band 建立V Band 帐户时，填写的资料会用于建立您的V Band 帐户以及在V Band 中展示相关数据。

处理您的订单。订单相关的数据会用于为您处理订单，提供送货服务、售后服务等。

提供V Band 服务。相关的设备与V Band 同步后，设备中记录的数据将会同步到V Band 中，并展示给用户。

显示来电信息。当您收到来电、文字信息，部分支持该功能的设备上会显示来电或信息的数据。

确定手机是否受支持。与手机相关的信息将用于判断您的手机能否使用V Band 。

提供闹钟提醒功能：我们会收集您的手机闹钟信息，在您开启手机闹钟提醒时，及时通过设备的震动提醒您。

蓝牙拍照：您可以通过部分支持该功能的设备来控制手机的拍照。为此，设备将会与手机进行蓝牙配对，以便用于控制拍照，在进行蓝牙配对过程中，还会申请手机蓝牙权限。

提供网络相关服务。V Band 会根据不同的网络类型、网络信号等信息，提示用户下载运动相关的视频所需要的流量、判断是否有新版本的V Band 可更新。

统计分析：我们会对我们的服务或设备情况进行统计分析，并可能会与公众或第三方分享这些统计数据，用于展示我们产品或服务的使用趋势、进行产品及服务的优化、向您展示排名、好友PK等，例如通过统计您的步数，向您展示与您有相关性（如与同一地区的用户）对比的结果，但这些统计信息不包含您的任何身份识别信息。

Cookie 及其他技术

我们收集哪些数据，并会如何使用此类数据？深圳新蕊科技有限公司以及第三方服务供货商均有使用 Cookie、标签及脚本等技术。这些技术用于分析趋势、管理网站、追踪网站用户动态，并收集有关我们整体用户群的人口统计数据。我们会收到相关企业以个别及整体为单位编写的上述技术使用情况报告。

记录档案：如同众多网站的做法，我们会收集某些数据，并储存于记录档案内。此类数据报括互联网通讯协议 (IP) 地址、浏览器类型、互联网服务供货商 (ISP)、参照/退出页面、操作系统、日期/时间戳，及/或点选流量数据。我们不会将此类自动收集的数据与我们收集关于您的其他数据关联。

广告：我们与第三方服务供货商合作，在我们的网站上显示广告，或管理我们在其他网站上的广告。我们的第三方服务供货商可能使用 Cookie 等技术在此网站及其他网站收集有关您活动的资料，以根据您的浏览活动及兴趣为您提供广告。若您不希望个人资料用于为您提供基于兴趣的广告，可发送邮件至xincoreapp@163.com。

移动分析：我们在部分移动应用程序中，使用了移动分析软件，以让我们更了解您的手提手机上的移动软件功能。此软件可记录您使用应用程序的频率、应用程序中发生的事件，综合使用情况、效能数据以及应用程序故障的信息。我们不会将分析软件中存储的数据与您在该移动应用程序中提交的任何个人资料关联。

地区储存 – HTML5/Flash：我们使用本机存放对象 (LSO)，如 HTML5 或 Flash 存储内容及偏好选择。与我们合作且在我们的网站上提供某些功能，或根据您的网页浏览活动展示广告的第三方，亦使用 HTML5 或 Flash Cookie 来收集及存储信息。各种浏览器会提供各自的管理工具以删除 HTML5 LSO。

我们与谁共享您的信息？

我们不会将任何个人信息出售给第三方。

我们有时可能会向第三方（定义见下文）披露您的个人信息，以便提供您要求的产品或服务。

在适用法律要求时，深圳新蕊科技有限公司可能会不经过进一步同意而披露您的个人信息。

不需要同意的信息

我们可能以汇总的形式与第三方（例如我们网站上的广告商）共享匿名信息，用于商业目的；我们可能与其共享我们服务的一般使用趋势，例如在购买某些产品或从事某些交易的特定人群中的客户数量。

为免存疑，深圳新蕊科技有限公司可能在地方数据保护法明确允许的情况下和范围内（例如为了遵循传票）不经您的同意而收集、使用或披露您的个人信息，并且当我们可能会出于诚意相信为了保护我们的权利、保护您的安全或他人安全、为调查欺诈行为或对政府要求作出回应而必需披露时，不经您的同意而披露您的信息。

安全保障

深圳新蕊科技有限公司的安全措施

我们承诺保证您的个人信息安全。为了防止未经授权的访问、披露或其他类似风险，我们落实了合理的物理、电子和管理措施流程，保护我们从您的设备上收集的信息。我们将采取所有合理的措施保护您的个人信息。

您的个人信息全都被储存在安全的服务器上，并在受控设施中受到保护。我们依据重要性和敏感性对您的数据进行分类，并且保证您的个人信息具有合理的安全等级。同样，我们对以云为基础的数据存储设有专门的访问控制措施。总而言之，我们定期审查信息收集、储存和处理实践，包括物理安全措施，以防止任何未经授权的访问和使用。

您能做什么！

保留政策

我们基于本隐私政策以及特定服务隐私政策中所述的信息收集的目的所必需的期间，或者遵守适用的相关法律要求保留个人信息。个人信息在完成收集目的，或在我们确认您的删除或注销申请后，或我们终止运营相应产品或服务后，我们将停止保留，并做删除或匿名化处理。如果是出于公众利益、科学、历史研究或统计的目的，我们将基于适用的法律继续保留相关数据，即使进一步的数据处理与原有的收集目的无关。

关于本服务

1 .本服务内容是指技术开发方通过本应用程序向其合作伙伴及用户提供的相关服务

2.对用户使用的本服务，技术开发方会不断丰富用户使用本服务的终端、形式等。

3.许可的范围：

（1）技术开发方授予用户一项个人的、不可转让及非排他性的许可，以使用本应用程序。

（2）本条及本协议其他条款未明示授权的其他一切知识产权权利仍由技术开发方保留。技术开发方如果未行使前述任何权利，并不构成对该权利的放弃

访问您的设备上的其他功能

我们的应用程序可能会访问您设备上的某些功能，例如Wi-Fi 网络状态，以及其他功能。这些信息用于允许这些应用程序在您的设备上运行，并且允许您与其互动。在任何时候，您可以通过在设备水平上关闭应用程序或者通过 xincoreapp@163.com 联系我们来撤销许可

您可以控制您的信息！

控制设置

深圳新蕊科技有限公司承认每个人对隐私权的关注各不相同。因此，我们提供了一些示例，说明深圳新蕊科技有限公司提供的各种方式，供您选择，以限制收集、使用、披露或处理您的个人信息，并控制您的隐私权设置：

撤销同意

您可以通过提交请求，撤销同意收集、使用和/或披露我们掌握或控制的您的个人信息。这可以通过发送邮件至xincoreapp@163.com完成撤销操作操作。我们将会在您做出请求后的合理时间内处理您的请求，并且会根据您的请求，在此后不再收集、使用和/或披露您的个人信息。

请注意，您撤销同意会导致某些法律后果。根据您撤销同意让我们处理您的个人信息的范围，这可能表示您不能享受深圳新蕊科技有限公司的产品和服务。

将个人信息转移到您所属的司法管辖区之外

我们将在中华人民共和国大陆地区运营中收集和产生的个人信息，存储在中国大陆地区的数据中心。

若根据适用法律的规定允许跨境传输的，基于隐私政策中描述的目的，在保证满足适用法的基础上，您的数据仍可能被传输到其他数据中心，我们也可能将您的个人信息转移至第三方服务商，您的数据因而也可能被传输到其他国家或地区。这些全球设施所在的司法管辖区可能或不能提供与您所属的司法管辖区相似的数据保护法律。您已理解在不同的数据保护法律下存在的风险有所不同，并且我们可能会向海外设施转移并存储您的个人信息。但是，这并不会改变我们对遵守本隐私政策和保护您的个人信息的所有承诺。目前，我们在中国、印度、美国、德国、俄罗斯、新加坡设有数据中心。

我们在俄罗斯地区运营中收集和产生的个人信息，处理和存储在俄罗斯的数据中心，但根据俄罗斯相关法律允许跨境传输的除外。

我们在印度运营中收集和产生的个人信息，存储在印度的数据中心。以下情形除外：

1、适用的法律有明确规定；

2、获得您的明确授权；

3、您通过互联网进行跨境交易等个人主动行为。

其他规定

未成年人

我们认为监督未成年人使用我们的产品和服务是父母及监护人的责任。如果您的孩子是未满14周岁的未成年人，在您的孩子使用我们提供的产品和服务前，您作为父母或监护人必须明确同意深圳新蕊科技有限公司按照本隐私政策的规定收集您孩子的个人信息。

如果父母或监护人有理由相信未成年人未经他们事先同意而向深圳新蕊科技有限公司提交了个人信息，请联系我们以确保删除此类个人信息，并保证未成年人取消订阅任何适用服务。

优先顺序

如果您同意了适用的用户协议或其他文件，并且此类文件和本隐私政策之间存在不一致，将以此类文件为准。

隐私政策的更新
